[ sam, you do not know rey, omfg. but really, it'd seemed like Ren ended the fight fairly easily. rey's out of commission for a while as she heals up that huge wound, so maybe it'll be time she can spend thinking about how bad of an idea it is to go on a murderous rampage. or try to chill herself with her brood. ]

Force willing. [Ren, regardless of the fact that it's a technical dismissal, sounds skeptical.]

Ideally, she'll see reason, surrender her useless agenda, and come to stand willingly alongside us.

[ Alongside seems like asking a lot, and he's not sure what Ren really means by that. Or what part seems unreasonable about you apparently killed her friends and now she's mad. It's hard to blame her for being angry. ]

As I told her broodmate, I have no intention of chasing her down. [Not until she's more willing to listen, more removed from the deaths that haunt her, sparking a livid cruelty in her blood that borders on beautiful.]

Whether she'll do the same remains to be seen.
